A very nice place for a quick snack, or some shaved ice as we had. An beautiful (small) place. We highly recommend the shaved ice with sugarcane syrup!

A super cute cafe with great plant-based options. While staying on Hateruma for a few days I came here three times- it wasn't enough. I recommend coming in smaller groups because one woman is preparing food so big groups can be overwhelming.

Simply a small piece of paradise. Drinks were great and the atmosphere is as relaxed as it gets while being very easy to reach. We ordered fresh drinks and a very delicious custard cream with almond milk. The combination of flavors was great.

I was on the island for only a day and came here twice, first for the delicious keema-style tofu curry with a smoothie and then again for coffee and cake. All were absolutely delicious, and you can taste that it’s made with love! The desserts in Japan can be average, but I was pleasantly surprised with the chocolate cake, and it was a generous serving too! Not to mention, this is a hidden gem for vegans and vegetarians, as it’s all plant based apart from one dessert option that includes eggs, which come from the owner’s very own chickens. Unlike the other cafes on the island, it opens earlier at 10am, so once you organise a bike rental you can enjoy the cafe straight away (especially since the ferry leaves Ishigaki so early). I enjoyed the relaxed ambience, and the owner, Mame-san, set up a mosquito coil. There are also some badges and stickers made my the owner that can be purchased. This cafe made this trip to Hateruma Island worth it! I would come again just to enjoy the cafe. おつかれさまでした!

This adorable little cafe tucked away in the trees is the perfect oasis after a day of walking or biking around Hateruma. The coffee drinks were absolutely delicious - I was almost in shock at how good they were! The black sugar of Hateruma, kokuto, has a sweet and flavorful taste that was expertly used by the owner. Our açaí bowl was filled with fresh fruit and crunchy granola. Overall, this cafe is a must-visit spot for anyone looking for a refreshing and delightful break during their Hateruma adventure.

I had only coffee and chocolate cake and both are delicious! Quiet big cake for Japanese standards. All food in the menu looks delicious! I wish I could have time to try their curry. The sugar pot had little ants in. Check it before if you add sugar in your drink. In a environment like that might be difficult to avoid those ants..

Had a soy latte and the acai bowl, both amazing. Too bad I couldn’t stay for lunch, I really wanted to try the vegetarian taco rice.
